AmaZulu Lodge

AmaZulu Lodge is a 4-star, fully thatched lodge in the heart of St Lucia, built around a large tropical inner garden. The central thatched lapa overlooks the pool and is used for breakfast and evening drinks, with a rooftop lounge over the office for sunset views. The lodge has 18 rooms sleeping up to 44 guests — 16 round, Zulu-hut-inspired Standard Double Rooms and 2 air-conditioned Family Rooms, each with a private terrace or patio, Smart TV, safe, bar fridge, tea and coffee facilities and WiFi; some rooms have a private pool. Guests can arrange estuary boat trips to see hippos and crocodiles, a game drive through to Cape Vidal, and are a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shops and the craft market. The lodge sits inside the Greater St Lucia Wetland Park, South Africa's first World Heritage Site. 24-hour security, daily housekeeping, free WiFi, off-street parking and tour-booking assistance are all on site.
